It took a while, but I am finally getting back in the saddle of sewing. I have been able to get all the supplies together, and round up all the fabrics that I hold dear. Dug out the seam ripper… was able to find all my thread, and have stuff somewhat organized in my weird way of organization. Thankfully I have been able to get a lot done… I made some more newborn cocoons, and, just for thrills decided I would make a new Vera Bradley dress for Loo, SUNDAY MORNING. I did finish it and wasn’t late to get to breakfast, late to church, yes, but not late to breakfast. Sunday night/Monday morning I made a new dress with Michael Miller, Sarah Jane, At Play fabric, the Parade pattern (if that seems like Greek to you, it is COMPLETELY ADORABLE fabric the A-line dress is made out of). I only have one, and this fabric is discontinued so there will only be one. Size 18-24 months.
